Ready Player One

First OFF LOVE THIS Movie so when we got the option to read the book I jumped on it. when i First saw the trailer for this movie I saw all the references and easter eggs and I just loved each and every one of them. And being a gamer myself the whole concept of VR to this extent is amazing and I hope one day we will get to that kind of reality but hopefully without the whole world looking like its going to shit and hopefully without people just replacing their everyday lives with the game and not actually going outside. So the main part of this story is taken place in THE OASIS. Takes place in the year 2045 and essentially the main character Wade is set out to find the egg but in order to get to this he has to get 3 keys. He eventually meets other players in his little journey Artemis being one of them who becomes a love interest for our character Wade. Eventually he finds everything finds the Easter Egg by finding all the keys and eventually tells artemis how feels and once he finally sees what she looks like shes everything he ever wanted which is so cheesy honestly haha. Didn't his mama tell him not to trust people you meet online. I'll let it slide because this story is just so iconic and I just love each and every reference they put in this story. Would recommend this story to any hardcore nerd!

Interview With a Vampire

Growing up I never really was a fan of the whole Vampire movies or them as monster's because of the whole "Twilight" movies/books being very popular and when I heard about them and how the movies were I was just instantly turned off by them so I never really grew into the whole lore for vampires because of how cheesy Twilight was but when Vampires in classic movies like Van Helsing, or Day breakers I was more of a fan of. When it comes to this reading of "Interview with a vampire" I really like how Anne Rice's portrays the vampires as the classic kind of way where they are not fond of sunlight, where it actually hurts them and not sparkles like in the movie Twilight. I also like how in the story they explain the origin of vampires that's something I always found intriguing whether it is the true origin or her way she sees it, either way, it is interesting. AYE and Gomorrah

This short story piece is very different from anything that I have ever read before, LIKE WOW. I never would have thought of this as a concept on what to write but wow. Being neutered before puberty is such a painful thing to read about. This whole story revolves around spacers and Frieks and how one likes being chased by the other even though knowing that they are essentially unattainable. And they like that feeling of being wanted by the other so like that's like a whole different game that they are playing. And well this kind of reminds me of how even in todays society the gay community are still not accepted all over. I have a lot of friends that I made that are very different from what I'm used to seeing back where I'm from in the ghetto haha you don't really see much gay people or trans people.
